After only 15 minutes of deliberations, defendant Jeremiah isezaki has been found not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and not guilty of terrorizing.

His attorney, Doug Moylan told KUAM News, "On behalf of Jeremiah and myself and our team, we wish to thank every single juror and alternate who sat on this month long trial Jeremiah is so happy that the jury was able to see the truth of what occurred we believe that this case was six years too long. And it should never have been filed and we also thank Janessa Corpuz for her courage and her mother Pamela Fernandez, who stood in the face of two prosecutors who refused to see the truth that Jeremiah never intended to kill his uncle."

The alleged victim is Guam Police Department officer Benny Babauta.

Lt. Babauta remains on the force assigned to support as the Acting Division Chief.
