Guam - Guam Environmental Protection Agency administrator Eric Palacios welcomes an audit of the Recycling Revolving Fund. Senator Rory Respicio announced he will be calling for the audit after what he calls "questionable spending" by Palacios.

The administrator told KUAM News, "Overall I want to say that I stand by the decision that we made s an agency we believe that we are investing the Recycling Revolving Funds appropriately and for the benefit of our island, our community and our region."

Palacios also said he never made a comment that the governor was going to veto Bill 220. The legislation was authored by Respicio regarding the Recycling Revolving Fund.
