Guam - The University of Guam received a clean audit from the Office of Public Accountability. According to the evaluation UOG closed Fiscal Year 2013 with a $3.5 million increase in net income. That marked a 57% decrease from the previous fiscal year. That's only because in FY2012 UOG had the benefit of ARRA funding. Despite the clean audit, there were five significant deficiencies some of which related to federal funding. The audit also noted $23,000 in questioned costs which auditors noted only represents .06% of UOG's $36 million federal grant expenditures.
