Guam - It was last year when the Guam Economic Development Authority implemented new mandates and enforced new rules regarding the Guam Product Seal program.

And today business development manager Tina Garcia informed the Rotary Club of Northern Guam on GEDA's latest efforts and the importance of the Guam Seal.

"This year, now that we've gotten the program out to the manufacturing, we are pushing the education campaign we're working closely with GVB to have our tourists recognize the Guam Product Seal we're having our local visitors outside of Guam also see the Guam Product Seal it's getting the word out, getting the seal recognized," she said.

She further discussed the labeling laws on Guam and the efforts of GEDA to publicize the GPS regulations on its website along with the governor's Proa newsletter.
