Curbside recycling could come soon

Guam - If approved by the District Court federal receiver Gershman Brickner And Bratton will roll out curbside recycling to all residential customers on regular routes of the Guam Solid Waste Authority. GBB is looking to start the program within the next 90 days. According to GBB  representative David Manning they will be filing a report with the court outlining the details in the near future.  We should add GBB maintains they will be able to cost effectively implement islandwide recycling without increasing rates additionally customers will not be charged any additional fee for curbside recycling.
