Guam - Programs under the Department of Public Health's National Family Caregiver Support Program resumed today. The program was temporarily suspended a couple weeks ago due to issues with the procurement process. DPHSS officials did not receive any interested bidders to the first request for proposal issued, and during the second RFP interested bidders requested clarification to the bid. Guam's senior citizens once again have access to services such as individual counseling, respite care and supplemental services.
