Guam – A 47 year old man is being held behind bars on $10,000 cash
bail after he allegedly molested a 13 year old female minor known to
him. According to court documents, Osaichy Sappo allegedly smoked
spice with the minor then rubbed the victim's inner thigh numerous
times while asking her to have sex with him. Documents state the
victim told police that she had smoked spice with Sappo before
claiming at that time he allegedly began kissing and licking her neck.
Osaichy was booked and confined on charges of second degree criminal
sexual conduct, harassment and child abuse
