Guam - We are less than one month away before the Guam Medical Association hosts its congressional debate between Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo and GOP candidate Frank Blas, Jr. Dededo mayor Melissa Savares was present on behalf of Bordallo during today's coin toss to see who will kick off the debate. Bordallo won the coin toss allowing her to go first.

The GMA debate is set for October 18 at 6pm at The Hyatt.
