Guam - Here's another new name running for senator. Former Department
of Labor director Leahbeth Naholowaa held her campaign kick off this past Saturday.
Leahbeth who is from the Tumon, holds a bachelors degree in communications and
masters in public administration from the University of Guam.
She is currently a doctoral candidate in educational leadership with Argosy University.
Prior to DOL,
Leah Beth worked for more than a decade at the University of Guam
in the Career Development Office. She says if given an opportunity to serve in
the Legislature, she would like to work with her colleagues to support programs
and develop policies aimed at promoting local entrepreneurship, workforce
development, and the overall improvement of the quality of life in our island.
Naholowaa is running
under the Democratic ticket.
