Guam - The Guam International Airport Authority got the all-clear around ten o'clock last night after Navy EOD and Airport Police responded to what was thought to be a package containing possible explosives. Transportation Security Administration Spokesperson Nestor Licanto says a Continental employee did a routine explosives test on a parcel that registered positive.
However, he says subsequent tests including K-9 screening came up negative, and the package only contained lab samples that were being sent off island for testing. He says the incident turned out to be a false alarm.
