Guam - After selling crystal methamphetamine to an undercover Naval Criminal Investigative Service agent on several occasions, Richard Paul Ebio asked to be released from jail today. Ebio was caught selling drugs in the parking lot of the naval base pass and id office and at a church.
He pleaded guilty to the distribution charges and had requested to be released from jail, but his request was denied. He is scheduled to be sentenced on June 7 in the District Court.
