GOP chairman: "It's time to move on"

Reacting to the Decision 2010 drama and the legitimacy of the membership of GOP members serving on the Guam Election Commission's board of directors, Republican Party of Guam chairman Jess Torres says it's time to move on, saying he believes he's followed the law.
