Man arrested for stealing $10,000 worth of beer

Guam - Accused of stealing more than $10,000 worth of beer, Matthew John Mesa, an employee of Ambros, Inc., was arrested by police. According to court documents, Mesa conspired with a Sheraton employee to deliver beer to the hotel and then fill out forms that made it seem that alcohol was being returned. 

Instead, Mesa allegedly took the beer ranging from several cases up to 15 cases at a time and consumed it or sold it.  Police say the theft has been occurring since February of this year. Mesa was arrested and charged with theft, conspiracy. Theft of property held in trust and conspiracy. 

Police expect to make another arrest in the case.
