Guam - Is it a form of retaliation? KUAM News has obtained a copy of a memo directed just at the ten officers from the Department of Corrections who filed a class action lawsuit against the government over not having been paid their overtime, hazardous pay and night differential in more than three months.
The memo, signed by DepCor director J.B. Palacios, states that effective immediately, they are no longer authorized to accrue overtime.
