Guam - Recycling company Bali Steel is now free to get the ball rolling on the Abandoned Vehicle Cleanup Project, headed-up by the Mayors Council of Guam.  The company received a letter from the Guam Environmental Protection Agency on Friday temporarily lifting notice of violations.

But Guam EPA Spokesperson Gerry Cruz says the company still has some measures to take before they are in the clear completely, noting, "There is a lot of conditions and they have to abide by it - making sure they don't take on more debris on with out getting rid of what you've already they are allowed to take part in the contract process of removing the debris but they are not allowed to have anything stored there."

Cruz said Bali Steel would have to subcontract out that portion of the work to other companies.
