Guam only has 5 operable ambulances

Five ambulances are in operation around the island to respond to emergencies, as efforts are underway to make repairs to other medic units that are currently offline.  Acting Guam Fire Department Spokesperson Captain Ed Flores confirms $16,000 was paid to Triple J for prior work.
