Federal receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton has issued a request for proposal as it looks to procure computer software, hardware and related services for the customer service, cart management and route management functions of the Government of Guam's Solid Waste Management Division. GBB is preparing to rollout its Trash Cart Program.
 
The federal receiver says this will ensure that all island residents are paying their fair share.  Currently more than 4,000 residents receive free trash pickup services.
