"Creating spaces" isn't just a clever mission statement - for Jessica Leon Guerrero and her husband Carlo, partners in life and in business, it's an opportunity to genuinely delight customers.
"We went from going from commercial into residential," Jessica explained to KUAM News. "And so the same concepts, the same fundamentals that we had in the business of furniture and office furniture, we just took it over and we adapted it over to the residential side. So, for us, it was just a nice way to kind of really be more well-rounded as a company and continue to see what the opportunities were, what the needs for the market were. And that's how Little Living came to life!"
And adding to their successful operations with office concepts with M80 Systems, and the acquisition of Furniture Kathy Style, their latest venture designs happy environments for our island's smallest residents. "I think when any business owner is looking for opportunities, I think they always have to look back at the need, right?
"You have this great idea, but you always have to look back at the market because we're all in it to to look and not only solve a solution, but also be able to make sure that we're catering to a market who needs it. And so that's always what business owners will look for is what is the need and what is the solution," Leon Guerrero added.
These experienced entrepreneurs not only had the vision to recognize possibilities, but have also smartly integrated their ideas into the broader scope of their operations.
So very fittingly, congrats for the newest edition to your growing family of businesses.
