The family of the late Governor Paul McDonald Calvo had entrusted ethnographer and oral historian Rlene Santos Steffy with the task of creating a tribute to honor Governor Calvo's profound impact on Guam's history, language, culture, and governance, as well as his deep love and commitment to his wife, rosie, and their family.
