John F. Kennedy High School Fine Arts Department is set to bring a vibrant display of creativity and cultural dialogue at the Micronesian Mall with the "Aniti: The Gathering Art Exhibit.”

This event, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21.

The exhibit offers the public an opportunity to interact directly with the artists through a Question & Answer Booth, enriching the community's understanding of the creative process.

The exhibit, which is an extension of the CAHA Art Gallery's ongoing showcase, also introduces an exciting live painting session by Francis Labrador.

His participation underscores the event's commitment to immersive artistic experiences.

Furthermore, the anticipation surrounding the upcoming compendium book adds another layer of engagement, promising to deepen the connection between the art, the artists, and the audience. This gathering is more than an exhibition; it's a celebration of the enduring cultural vibrancy and artistic prowess that thrives within the community.

The "Aniti: The Gathering Art Exhibit,” is currently on display at the CAHA Art Gallery on the second floor of the DNA Building, is a cultural showcase that brings to life the rich tapestry of Guam's myths and legends through the creative vision of local artist Francis Labrador.

This exhibit serves as the official unveiling of Labrador's compendium book, which intricately weaves these traditional tales into a fictional narrative, setting the stage for his forthcoming comic series "Gaitaotao Legacy: The Awakening of the Aniti."
