His blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit after he was found crashed into a fence in Tiyan.
Now, 32-year-old Jet Henry is facing charges of Driving While Impaired and Driving While Impaired with BAC in the incident.
Court documents state Guam Airport Police responded to the crash along East Sunset Boulevard. Henry was allegedly driving a Camry and smelled of alcohol and also had an empty bottle of beer on the front passenger seat.
He allegedly failed a field sobriety test and took a breath test that resulted in a .188% BAC, twice the legal limit of .08%
Henry allegedly told officers, "l drank only 6 pack
beer Corona, maybe 7. l don't drink and drive," court documents state.
