A Superior Court Grand Jury has returned a true bill against Nicolas Wayne Moore. He was officially indicted for a drive by shooting that occurred last year on Oct. 15, 2020 in Agana Heights.

According to the indictment he was officially charged with Aggravated Assault, Terrorizing, and Possession of an Unregistered Firearm.

According to the magistrate's complaint, Moore was driving his black Ford F-150 with another passenger. Moore allegedly shot an individual identified as B.M. at the Agana Heights basketball court on Oct. 15. B.M. however told detectives that he believed the intended target was an individual identified as C.A.G. because he stole money from Moore.

Detectives were clued in on Moore's alleged involvement in the drive by shooting while they were conducting another investigation into the suspected murder of Michael Castro, who had been missing.
Moore was arrested in the state of Florida last month for the drive by shooting and the murder of Michael Castro. An indictment however has not yet been returned for the murder case.
Moore is scheduled to be arraigned on Aug. 13.
