Jay Arriola representing Matthew Manibusan, man accused in Swamp Road murder

Attorney Jay Arriola has been designated as defense counsel for Matthew Manibusan after at least three attorneys withdrew from the case. Manibusan is charged with the April shooting death of Joshua Meno, whose body was found along Swamp Road in Dededo.

He's charged with two counts of Murder as a first-degree felony, one count of Aggravated Assault as a second-degree felony, and various weapons charges.

Jury selection is slated for July 20.
