After nearly two weeks of being on the run, the man wanted by police is finally in custody, 33 year old Eric Roy De Castro was arrested today. De Castro was wanted relative to an ongoing Tamuning burglary investigation.
According to Guam Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Paul Tapao, on March 31 detectives executed a search warrant at a home on Estralita Street in Tamuning.
As a result, items listed under the burglary investigation were located and confiscated. Ten days later GPD issued the wanted flyer for De Castro, and then on April 27 an arrest warrant came down for De Castro.
This morning he was apprehended by Superior Court marshals at a Tamuning residence. He is confined at the Department of Corrections.
