$2M in tax refunds, $134K in EIP2 payments processed

More than $2 million in tax refunds have been processed and will be mailed out this week, according to the Department of Revenue & Taxation. It equates to 720 2019 tax refund checks including refunds garnished to repay government debts for error-free returns filed on or before Nov. 14, 2020.

Also, another 111 EIP 2 checks totaling approximately $134,565 were processed this week. 
To date, 71,287 EIP 2 checks totaling approximately $75,513,903 have been processed. March 19, 2021 is the last date that EIP 2 payments will be made.
