Jay Boy Elias, 26, charged with Family Violence

Jay Boy Elias, 26, was arrested and charged twice with Family Violence, both as misdemeanors.

According to court documents, at around 6 a.m., Jan. 27, police responded to a disturbance complaint in Latte Heights, Mangilao.

The victim said Elias became angry and left the residence. When the victim opened the door, Elias appeared and pushed her, causing her to fall. Elias then allegedly stood over the victim holding a baton, causing the victim to fear he'd strike.

Elias left before police arrived and was located on Feb. 6.
