Michael Sablan, 43, accused of sexually assaulting teen

Forty-three-year-old Michael Mendiola Sablan was arrested after a teenage victim alleged he sexually assaulted her.

According to court documents, the victim reported the incident to police on June 8. The victim said she was 13-years-old last September when she woke to Sablan allegedly touching her inappropriately.

Sablan was charged with First and Second-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, both as first-degree felonies.
