2 found with COVID-19 at St. Lukes moved to government facility

St. Luke's Medical Facility in Manila, where many Guam residents are referred to for medical treatment, confirmed it has isolated and screened two Philippine COVID-19 patients.

In a public announcement issued yesterday, St. Luke's says one of the patients was seen at its Global city hospital, the other at its hospital in Quezon City. They have since been transferred by the Philippine Department of Health to a government hospital.

St. Luke's says the screening took place in isolation rooms specially equipped to prevent the spread of the virus. It adds that all the necessary measures are taken to ensure the safety and care of patients and healthcare workers at its facilities.
