DFS event celebrates Japanese New Year

In Tumon, T. Galleria by DFS hosted the oshogatsu and fukubukoro event.

The celebration which commemorates Japanese New Year saw anxious customers line-up prior to the opening of the luxury showroom so they can be one of handful to get the opportunity to get gifts of lucky bags and boxes which contained generously discounted merchandise for sale. Patrons were treated to music, mochi, and blessings of good fortune.

This event marks the start of the lucrative tourism rush.
