Trial set for guard recruiter Jason Susuico accused of rape
Back in court this week was Guam Army National Guard recruiter Jason Susuico whose trial was set for February 2020.
The defendant was charged for raping a 17-year-old girl in September twice. In court, Susuico was issued a first violation on a new matter since pleading not guilty in his last hearing.
On Oct. 24 he was charged with First and Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in the latest alleged incident. The 12-year-old girl told police Susuico sexually assaulted her in March and August of this year. He also plead not guilty in that case.
