On Sunday evening, officers with the Guam Police Department responded to a stalking complaint at a residence in Dededo. The victim said that 36-year-old Nicholas Bordallo Santos was outside her home in a vehicle.

Upon arrival, officers found the suspect parked about a hundred feet from the victim's home. The victim said that Santos has been harassing her since June when she told him that "he is to no longer contact her."

According to court documents, earlier in the day Santos had knocked on the window to her bedroom in an attempt to get her attention.

When approached, Santos told officers he was waiting for a friend to pick him up and not there for the victim. He was arrested and charged with simple stalking as a third degree felony and harassment as a misdemeanor.
