Police officer and murder suspect Mark Torre, Jr. will appear in court again on Friday. Torre is accused of fatally shooting longtime Guam Police Department officer Elbert Piolo in the chest last summer.

As we reported, defense filed a motion to suppress footage taken on a body camera worn by a responding police officer. On Wednesday, the court viewed the footage but banned the public and media from seeing it. Officer Barry Flores is anticipated to take the stand again to narrate the video for the court.

Also anticipated to take the stand is Officer John Edwards, who was wearing the body camera when he responded to the Torre home, the alleged scene of the crime.

The hearing continues tomorrow at 1:30pm in Judge Michael Bordallo's courtroom.
