It’s a Chamorro tradition, passed on from generation to generation. This Christmas season,KUAM is continuing the tradition with our presentation of The Novena to the Christ Child: Nobenan I Niño Jesus, a nine day holiday prayer vigil broadcast on Isla 63 (630AM) on and streaming on the kuam news app beginning December 17th through Christmas evening, December 25th at 7pm (Chamorro Standard Time). Tune in nightly for a celebration of the birth of Christ through 9 nights of prayer and song. With special guest narrators from Isla 63 in Chamorro immediately followed by the English version featuring guest narration from KUAM’s team of personalities including Jason Salas, Sabrina Salas Matanane, Krystal Paco, Chris Barnett, Nestor Licanto, Joan Aguon Charfauros and Victorious Falon. The broadcast will also feature Guam’s most beloved Chamorro Christmas songs.
