PXC 49 will be test for Mklane Alfred, Jarome Cruz

PXC 49 is just a few days away and for Mklane Alfred and Jarome Cruz Friday night will be the night they put all of their hard training to the test. Jarome Cruz is coming off a win in his Preba Hao fight and will step into the cage against PXC veteran Ricky Camp. Camp is a well rounded fighter who prefers to keep the fight standing and let his hands go. Jarome Xruz says he looks forward to taking advantage of his opportunity and putting on a good fight at PXC 49.

Jarome Cruz said, "Training cam has been very good, just keep pushing harder every day and trying to take care of all aspects to be a well rounded fighter. I'm just fresh off an amateur fight and i have heard quite a few things about Ricky Camp. He has good stand up and I'm looking forward to it. I have been training for quite a while and I have been in fight camp with the boys. I basically try to stay ready for any upcoming call or any opportunity given that I can possibly take. Hopefully this will be a good test for me and show my skills. I am very thankful for this opportunity and I look forward to taking advantage of this step I'm given and just give it all I got."

Mcklane Alfred will be facing Mike Sanchez at a 125-pounds. Sanchez is the taller of the two and showed excellent submission skills in his last fight in the PXC. Mcklane Alfred will have to keep the distance close and watch out for the arm bars and triangle chokes by the jiu-jistu technician Mike Sanchez.

Mcklane Alfred said, "Training camp has been really good and tough just getting ready for this fight and I am really hungry for this win so I have been doing everything that I need to do for this W. Weight cut has been good and my opponent I know he likes to do triangles a lot and I know he likes to kick and keep the distance and use his jiu-jitsu. I am well prepared and look forward to throwing down. He fought my training partner Scott Eclavea and in that fight I saw a lot of holes in his game and I'm basically going to do the same thing but a little more aggressive and crazy for this one."
