Guam - Starting fall semester, Guam Community College students majoring in criminal justice or education can transfer to the University of Guam where they can earn their bachelor's degrees.
The crossover is made possible through an agreement formulated between the two institutions in an effort to provide more options for students as well as encourage them to pursue further postsecondary education.
