GMH hires CEO from Canada

Guam - The Guam Memorial Hospital's Board of Trustees has hired a new Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Verga, an expert consultant for the Joint Commission and the President and CEO of Canadian Medical Placement Service in London, Ontario. The board announced this morning that Verga will take over the new CEO of the hospital on July 1.
Details about his contract have not been released as the agreement is working its way through the government system for final signatures.
