Cardinals slip by A's in BBL

Guam - In BBL baseball, the Cardinals slipped past the Bank of Guam Athletics 5-4 to improve to 4-2 on the year and move into a tie for first place. The Cards led 2-1 in the 4th inning and added to their lead in the bottom of the 7th scoring 3 runs on 3 hits including a 3 run homer by Mark Paulino. The A's scored 2 runs in the top of the 8th but fell short losing 5-4.

The winning pitcher was Kyle Arce going the entire game with 6 strikeouts, the loss went to Kareem Morton who played his last game of his BBL career after announcing he will be relocating. For the Cards Mark Paulino finished 1-3 at the plate with 3 RBIs and scored a run, this was the second game in a row that the Cardinals hit a homerun in the ball game.
