DOE urging students to prep for SAT-10

by Nick Delgado

Guam - The Department of Education is asking all parents and students to prepare for the SAT-10 beginning next Monday. DOE Division of Research, Planning and Development Administrator Christopher Anderson says the test will be administered from April 26 through May 7. He urges students to get a good night's rest and get to school on time.

"This is the main measuring stick for the Department of Education, but this is not a pass or fail type of test - this is just a way of giving parents an idea of how they're performing against other students of the same grade."

Anderson adds that John F. Kennedy High students will not be given the test until May 4.
