Guam - In youth baseball, D-Boyz picked up the 13-2 win against the Rebels from the BMS Field in Dededo. With the win D-Boyz improved to 8-0 on the year. Winning pitcher was Jacob Palelo. Jaythaniel Cruz went 3-3 at the plate with an in-the-park homerun off a pair of throwing errors to go along with 4 RBIs.
Jaythaniel Cruz says that hopefully this year's team goes undefeated like they did last year with most of the players back from last year's championship team. Cruz also added that teamwork and defense would be the key to winning this year's title.
