Guam - The Port Authority of Guam announced that it along with Parsons Brinckerhoff have developed and launched a web portal as part of its community outreach. The portal had to be implemented otherwise the Office of the Attorney General might have taken legal action against the company.
The AG's Office determined that the procurement of the community outreach program by the General Services Agency at the direction of the governor's chief of staff George Bamba violated Guam law. The AG's Office further recommended the governor admonish Bamba for his involvement. The governor however maintains that Bamba did nothing wrong.
