DOCOMO rolls out new Max Channel service

Guam - Some new free data-centric services re being offered by DOCOMO Pacific.  DOCOMO's Max Channel is an application for Nokia and some Sony Ericsson devices that utilize RSS feeds directly to your cell phone.  When tuning in to the Max Channel, you'll be able to get KUAM News and Sports, Philippine headline news and entertainment news, plus world headline news, world sports and technology news, too.

When you access Max Channel, you'll see the channel list and the news ticker, which scrolls the latest news headlines within the hour.  If you can't get to it right away, no worries, DOCOMO Pacific updates Max Channel every hour so you'll always be able to get the latest news where ever you are.  If you want to know more about news stories making headlines, simply click the channel link and your web browser will take you in to a more detailed version of the news story.

Max Channel works on any 2G or 3G phone and the DOCOMO WCDMA network, so you'll always be able to access this free service any time, any place, any where on island.  Remember, the faster your data speed, the faster the connection, so what are you waiting for?
