Filipino funnyman and critically-acclaimed comedian Jo Koy is on Guam for two days of performances. A press conference was held this morning, where Koy gave a sneak peak of his act and talked about one of his favorite subjects, his mother.
"Finally, after the Tonight Show she was like 'I knew you were going to be a comedian, you always had it. You're my son. You got it from your mother, you know that, right? You didn't want me to do this. You wanted me to be a nurse.'"
There's a show tonight at 9:30, and two tomorrow at 6:30 and 9:30 at the Sheraton Laguna in Tamuning. Tickets are $25 and available at Jamaican Grill and Scooter World.
