The Office of the Governor is inviting the entire island community to come together for one of Guam’s most heartwarming traditions — the 4th Annual Governor’s Holiday Light Festival Parade.

It all happens Wednesday, December 17th, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Skinner Plaza, where this year’s theme, “Håfa Adai Holidays – Christmas In Paradise,” promises a magical evening in the heart of our capital city.

Over the past four years, this parade has grown into a signature celebration for the Leon Guerrero Administration — transforming Hagatna into a glowing gathering place filled with lights, music, and island creativity. Families can expect festive floats, marchers, walkers, and beautifully decorated vehicles lighting up the night. And beginning at 4 p.m., pop-up vendors will be open throughout Skinner Plaza, offering holiday treats and locally made goods straight from our island’s artisans.

Individuals, families, agencies, organizations, and businesses are all welcome to join the parade. Registration is now open online, and event organizers encourage everyone to take part in this growing holiday tradition.
