35-year-old Eric Galvan was sentenced to two years in prison after he pleaded guilty to unauthorized access of a protected computer. The court recommended he be  held in terminal island in San Pedro, California.

As KUAM reported, Galvan went to the victim’s home on Naval Base Guam and left an Apple Airtag – a tracking device – in the victim’s car without the victim knowing.

Galvan was also accused of going back to the residence where he went through the victim’s computers, and used his phone to record intimate conversations and nude images of the victim.

He will also be placed on three years’ supervised release.
