Piti man detains home intruder

An early morning scare for a Piti man when he woke up to a loud noise and a complete stranger inside his home.

The suspect allegedly told the victim he was looking for dead bodies inside the walls before the victim then detained him.

Forty-six-year-old Marc Nededog is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest.

Court documents state the victim woke up early Monday to what sounded like construction inside the residence. 

That’s when he noticed the second floor of the home had been rummaged through. 

The victim allegedly told police he looked into a bedroom where he then saw Nededog tearing down the walls.

Nededog allegedly tells the victim that God told him to do it.

Documents state the victim detained Nededog until police showed up.

Nededog allegedly gave arresting officers a hard time, kicking and moving before he was placed in handcuffs.
