Eric Lee Quenga Flores, 40, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Fraudulent Use of a License plate.

According to court documents, at around 12:20 p.m., police responded to a suspicious vehicle parked across a Tamuning home that had been there since 6 a.m. Flores was the driver of the car with two women inside. Police ran the car's plates and discovered it belonged to a pickup. The car's original plates had been confiscated.

Inside the car, police found a pouch with suspected drugs and a pipe with residue. According to court documents, while officers escorted Flores into the police precinct, Flores said, "You found the ice and pipe in the car right? It's mine. I'm not going to lie. Those two girls have nothing to do with anything. Anything you find illegal is mine."

Earlier this week, police asked for the public's help in locating Flores who was wanted on numerous theft complaints.
