Artists, singer-songwriters, and other celebrities will be adding glitz and glamour to this weekend's festivities.

It's a star-studded celebration as the island waves the American flag this weekend. Earlier today, celebrities took the Guam Visitors Bureau Hafa Adai pledge at Adelup. They also pledged to bring the glitz and glamour to Guam's liberation festivities.

On the line-up: recording artist, songwriter, entrepreneur, social influencer and fashionista - Pia Mia.

"I'm just excited to see everybody too," she said. "The show is going to have different levels. You'll get the dancing and the acoustic. And we have a surprise but I do not want to say it yet."

She'll be performing at 8 p.m. at the Liberation Carnival on Saturday and on Liberation Day.

Also returning home is romance enthusiast and newest matchmaker on BRAVO TV's Millionaire Matchmaker David Cruz. He reflected on the tales his family shared about Japanese occupation.

"It is just really hearing where they were and their stories of sacrifice," he said. "Stories of growing and resilience and instilling that into me."

Filipina actress Valerie Concepcion and Guam-born actor Benjamin Alves join eight other big-names to grace the liberation parade with their presence.

Guitarist and song-writer Rose Laguana is excited to be home to pay tribute to the community.

"The 75th anniversary is a beautiful thing and I hope that when it is the 100th, the survivors will still be here to tell their story," she said.

The celebs also shared the exciting new projects they have in store, though for now, they're soaking in the sun before bringing their star power to the stage.
