Dr. Joan Gill honored for work with veterans

Recognized for her tireless work with the veterans, Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero and Lt. Gov. Josh Tenorio presented the Ancient Order of the Chamorri to Dr. Joan Gill.

Dr. Gill has worked at the Veterans Administration Guam Clinic since 2002 as its full-time psychiatrist. Her work goes beyond the VA Clinic, having also worked at the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse from 1992-2002.

Along with family, friends, and members of the 35th Guam Legislature, several grateful veterans were in attendance to thank her for all her help.

Dr. Gill is re-locating to Wisconsin.
