Public Health asks residents to take immunization phone survey

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will conduct the 2019 National Immunization Survey.

The contractor, National Opinion Research Center out of the University of Chicago will contact island residents to assess immunization coverage among children 19-25 and adolescents between the ages of 13-17 years old.

The Department of Public Health and Social Services is asking the public to participate in the voluntary, off-island telephone survey, which will have the Chicago area code (312).
