Jury will be picked for Ray Tenorio case

Posted: Updated:

Jury selection is set to begin tomorrow for former lieutenant governor Ray Tenorio. He faces misdemeanor charges of official misconduct and reckless conduct for last summer's gun-grabbing incident in Tumon involving a police officer.

Tenorio says he looks forward to the trial because he wants to move forward with the next chapter in his life. His defense attorney argues that his client did nothing wrong. Jury selection begins at 9am.

Once a jury is selected, both parties anticipate trial to take about two days.
